Range
The toughening furnace has a bed size of 3600x1720 and is capable of toughening glass from 4 mm float to 19 mm float, low e glass, patterned, tinted, Pilkington Activ and Optiwhite all to BS EN 12150
Facilities
Our facilities include a Tamglass HTF super glass toughening furnace,
supplemented by an Ashton arrissing line and Triulzi washer, Bottero cutting line which
consistently provide a high quality end product. Our toughened products
are tested to meet BS EN 12150 and proudly carry the kitemark emblem. The kitemark can be displayed as a straightline stamp for the furniture industry.
